Ryan Duncan

   I am originally from Northern MA but grew up in the NoVA/D.C. area. I've had some great times on Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off Broadway and beyond, as well as on the big and small screen. I've also enjoyed creating and performing in various comedy projects, creating and originating roles in a bunch of new musicals and plays in development, as well as writing. Some of my own material has been performed on and off Broadway and on screen.

I am a big fan of nature, spirituality, and international cultures and languages. I have worked (in both English and Spanish) with TDF (Theater Development Fund) for many years nurturing and encouraging young playwrights, I've been a company member of Only Make Believe, a non-profit that does therapeutic and interactive theater with children in hospitals and other specialized sites, and I've worked and/or volunteered with many other organizations working with children, immigrants, and marginalized groups.
